Caring Commercial Cleaning Inc. was founded in 2007 in Houston, Texas. The founders, Mike and Gilmer, were students at the University of Houston Downtown and were inspired to start a cleaning business after taking a small business finance class at the university.
Shortly after graduating from UHD, they began offering their commercial cleaning services to Parks & Recreation departments and later expanded into Government Offices and Educational Facilities.

We service accounts that usually require at least a few full time day porters. Typically, we service accounts that are government, educational, or multi-site facilities. Although we don’t service residential or small accounts, we can provide recommendations to local businesses.

The amount of time it takes to clean your facility depends directly on your RFP or bid requirements. While there are industry production rates published by various organizations, we prefer to do an onsite assessment to determine the amount of cleaning hours it would take to service your facility to your satisfaction.
Yes, we provide commercial carpet cleaning, floor stripping and waxing, paper product orders and deliveries, disinfecting services, and temporary janitorial services (typically deep cleaning at schools or large offices over the summer or winter breaks).
